“Shea was the project architect for over 80 seniors living units we were the client for. Throughout the project, she communicated and listened to feedback to create a great outcome for the site. Shea created a solution for FSR that allowed us to have an additional twenty apartments, generating millions in additional revenue. She responded to consultant and Council RFIs quickly to facilitate approval with the JRPP as fast as possible. I would highly recommend her as she adds value to any project.” ~ Stephen Byfield - CEO - Diggers @ the Entrance

Visual Impact Assessments
Visual Impact Assessments are often required for larger projects. Good Architect offers independent VIAs to architects and developers so that council and the NSW government can assess the visual impact of a proposal.
SEPP 65 Independent Reviews
SEPP 65 is embedded in apartment design. Good Architect offers independent SEPP 65 Reports to Councils and other architecture firms to provide a second set of eyes over a design. This saves other Architects valuable time in reducing RFIs and makes sure there are good outcomes for the people living in apartments in NSW.
