How to Apply for a 307 Certificate

When you recieve back your Development Consent Conditions (DA) one of the conditions may be to submit a 307 Certificate with Central Coast Council. Here is how you go about submitting it. It may also be required for a complying development application (CDC). It is sometimes referred to as a 305 or 306 certificate.

7. Select your Applicant:

7. Fill out the form and pay the cost (about $70):

6. Council will then come back to you with contributions - these might be a few hundred or in the tens of thousands, depending on what you are doing..

7. Congratulations! you have successfully applied for the 307certificate, it will take the number of working days displayed by council when you have finished.

This is a prerequisite for most complying development certificates and most certifiers and many DA conditions
